English Speech Feature Recognition-Based Fuzzy Algorithm and Artificial Intelligent

It is necessary to study the application of digital technology in English speech feature recognition. This paper combines actual needs recognition improve algorithm. Moreover, this fuzzy algorithm analyze features, analyzes shortcomings traditional algorithms, proposes digitized algorithm, and builds an model on basis. In addition, conducts time-frequency analysis chaotic signals signals, eliminates noise improves effect system based means. Finally, grouping experiments by inputting students’ pronunciation forms counts results test performance system. The research show that method proposed has a certain effect.
